We are offering an online entry system for our field events this year.  If you choose to not use the online system, download the premium, fill it out by hand and mail it in.

  • Follow the instructions on the online entry form carefully.
  • Entries will not be valid until payment is received and MUST be received by the closing date.
  • Online entries must be paid using the Shopping Cart using PayPal or by check/money order.
