Lin Gelbmann has been training dogs and competing at the highest levels in obedience, field trials, agility, and tracking for 40 years. She has 30 years of experience working at the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center She has lectured and trained veterinary students in the areas of canine and equine gait analysis, radiology, surgical technique, animal handling, and rehabilitation. As a Canine Rehab Practitioner, Lin developed the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center Canine Rehab facility and functioned as its primary rehabilitation practitioner. Her specialty is canine structure and its effect on performance and is the author of Accelerate Performance through Conditioning.
Lin is currently in private practice specializing in the evaluation of performance dogs and the teaching of canine conditioning. Lin also judges hunt tests for the American Kennel Club, and has judged the Master National and the Master Amateur National.
